The EF-series hot melt adhesive continuous coating scraper gun features a coating lip made of high-hardness tool steel, which undergoes heat treatment and precision grinding to significantly enhance wear resistance, making it suitable for prolonged continuous production. The coating lip allows for interchangeable aluminum dispensing plates with adjustable thickness (0.1-0.3mm), enabling users to flexibly control adhesive thickness or achieve striped or special coating patterns through customized plates, meeting diverse process requirements.
The adhesive dispensing modules are mounted on the gun body with a 25mm center-to-center spacing and tightly connected to both the gun body and coating lip. This design ensures even heat distribution during heating, optimizing thermal conductivity to prevent localized adhesive curing or uneven flow. The gun body incorporates a high-precision internal filter screen to trap impurities, ensuring smooth adhesive output and minimizing clogging risks.
