The Mega series hot melt adhesive machine is a premium device tailored for continuous production lines. It boasts a range of melt tank capacities from 20kg to 200kg, suitable for various bonding needs. The machine can independently control up to 3 AC motors, showcasing robust control capabilities.
Equipped with a 7-inch HIM touchscreen "TouchTech" system, it ensures precise control over 6 heating hose and 6 auxiliary heating zones for uniform adhesive output. The double-layer progressive melting design of the melt tank enhances melting efficiency and uniformity. Additionally, the inner walls are coated with a high-temperature PTFE non-stick material to prevent carbonization and nozzle blockage, extending equipment lifespan and reducing maintenance costs. This machine is ideal for any hot melt adhesive bonding application, meeting high standards of technology, quality, and reliability.
